Your order arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, simply send it back with your order number or a copy of your invoice within 30 days for full refund. Return postage is your responsibility so we recommend using a tracked method. We aim to process and refund returns within 5 days of reciept.

If you receive an item that’s faulty upon delivery then we’ll make things even easier by sending you a pre-paid label so you can send it back and get a new one as quickly as possible.
If you have any other returns of fault issues just drop us an email via our Contact us page or email us at info@pebblechild.com and we’ll sort it out for you and we like to look after our customers.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will get a notification email from us for your refund. If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your paypal account or bank account from where you paid.
