HBPS AGM – Report from Executive Director

On Thursday 06 March 2014, more than 100 members, staffs, rural center supervisors and guests attended the HBPS AGM and Cultural Program Celebration. The event was held at the Head Office of HB.

The official proceedings included a report from the Chairman, Golam Morshed, with a captivating presentation showcasing the many initiatives and events the organization has undertaken in the past year.

Mr. Rayhan Kabir also proposed a vote of thanks to the acting Executive Committee for their work on behalf of general members during the year, followed by Golam Morshed officially closing the 2014 AGM.

The evening concluded with a cultural program with members, staffs and guests. HBPS team enjoyed this evening with lot of fun such as singing, dancing, reciting poem, jokes, acting and so on. The cultural program continued until 7.30PM followed by the prize giving ceremony. HBPS arrange award on different categories such as three for best performer of cultural program, three for best performances on skill, two for best attendances, one for leadership, one for work under pressure and one for most senior staff of HBPS. A raffle draw program has been arranged by all staff of HBPS with lot of prizes. HBPS also contributed some portion of money to buy lucrative prizes. Raffle draw program was started at 7.30PM and end at 8:00PM. There were total 30 prizes where top 10 prizes were lucrative and gorgeous.

Mr. Rayhan Kabir acting Executive Director of HBPS has given his valuable speech at the end of the program and thanks everybody for their attendance. He also assured them to arrange same or better opportunities in next year.
